Features: Blaine Street apartments (“Greens”) provide students with an independent, apartment-style living experience within a pet-friendly community. Featuring a gated front entry, this apartment complex offers residents a comfortable and secure living environment while remaining connected to the broader Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ community.
Each apartment includes two bedrooms and one bathroom, along with furnishings designed to support student success and comfort. Residents are provided with a Twin XL bed, dresser, desk, desk chair and closet space within their bedroom and a fully furnished lounge space. All residents share a communal laundry facility within the community. As a designated pet-friendly community, Blaine Street apartments allow approved pets in accordance with university policies and procedures. Residents who choose to live with a pet are responsible for meeting all pet registration requirements and maintaining a safe, clean and respectful living environment for their roommates, neighbors and community members.
