Arts Crawl in the Arts Quad: Student Creative Endeavors
Wander the quad and experience the arts! The event begins at 4 p.m. with a concert by music students in the Instrumental Performance Ensemble in Delkin Recital Hall, followed by performances in the Ford Hall Courtyard from the Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ Theatre Program. Then hear original works from the winners of the Lacroute Prizes in Poetry and Prose at Nicholson Library and enjoy a performance by the Wildcat Band on the Quad. Visit the Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ Gallery for the Senior Capstone Exhibition and buy original art and crafts at the Makers Market. Pick up a copy of the 2026 Camas, A Journal of Art & Literature and hear authors read their works. Admission is free.
Food & Beverages available for purchase:
Local Flow (sweet & savory crepes) and Graze Craze (individual charcuterie boxes, classic or vegetarian) will be on–site, serving delicious bites and beverages.
Free parking is available in the lot west of Nicholson Library on Library Court just off Keck Drive, in the lot east of Vivian Bull Music Center at Keck drive and Lever Street or in the Ford Hall lot east of Ford Hall at Ford Drive and Lever Street.

4 p.m. Instrumental Performance Ensemble in in the Vivian Bull Music Center
The Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ Instrumental Performance Ensemble will present a concert of powerful art, movie and video game music and student–created arrangements, under the direction of Florian Conzetti.
6:30 p.m. Wildcat Band performance on the Quad
Under the direction of Joseph Ready, the Wildcat Band will provide fanfare throughout the event and a performance of tunes at 6:30.
Department of Art: 4 to 7 p.m. Senior Capstone Exhibition in the & Makers Market & Demonstrations in the MFAC Courtyard
The Miller Fine Arts Center will be packed with activities —a Makers Market featuring arts and crafts created by students, clay and drawing demonstrations and try your hand at making your own drawings! Also view the current exhibit in the Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ Gallery. E.E.K.! (Esoteric, Evolution, Kippage) features the art of Ezra Miller, Elijah Ng and Katilin Harwood, the Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ Department of Art’s 2026 senior capstone class. The exhibition plays with the notion of humans’ impact on ephemeral nature, the esoteric interconnections within nature and society, and the emotional turmoil of gender disparities, encouraging feminine rage.

Enjoy monologues and musical theatre performances from Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ Theatre Program students, under the direction of Janet Gupton.
Department of English: 6 p.m. Lacroute Prizes in Poetry & Prose Winners announced in the Austin Reading Room at followed by Readings from Camas, A Journal of Art & Literature
Winners of the Lacroute Prizes in Poetry and Prose will be announced at 6 p.m. Winners will read their work alongside other finalists; all winners and finalists will be published in this year’s issue of Camas, A Journal of Art & Literature. The Lacroute Prizes are two of the most generous undergraduate writing prizes in the United States. In addition, the 2026 edition of Camas will be released to the public at Arts Crawl.
